03:20 pm: I understand why we're teaching classes, at least I think that I do but couldn't we have had our choice of class to teach? And I don't actually HAVE the creatures to teach about. Right? Please say I don't.

Okay. I know what you're going to say. Honestly, I've heard it enough times to know the speech by heart. My hand is fine. The fall wasn't THAT BAD, so I didn't shatter the bones this time and it's healing well. Ugh. And so is my ankle.

I can't wait until the first match. Seriously, I don't know who's more excited than I am. Except I'm really failing at not falling off of my broom with my hand the way it is. So maybe it's a good thing that the match isn't right now.

Lunch wasn't the best today. And it's not just because I choked on my roll. I think the kitchens are slacking.

I'm not going because Uncle sent me an owl on Sunday when my parents didn't show and said that the campsite didn't break until the end of October. He was sorry I'd missed Hogsmeade, but if they'll be home for the end of October, I should make sure I'm available. I wouldn't want to be freakishly dressed for their homecoming. Seems stupid to me anyway.

07:22 pm: Rabbits or no rabbits, I happen to think it's quite amusing to see the little buggers hopping around. Your lives would be boring without them at the present. At least mine would be.


So..I decided not to go to Hogsmeade only because my parents said they might hop in to see Uncle John. Honestly, I don't think they will, but if by some odd chance they do, I don't want to be away.
